Our Geotechnical Engineering and Soil Testing experience spans over a 30 year period during which we have successfully completed over 25,000 site investigations for a variety of new building and engineering projects. We have had extensive experience investigating sites throughout South East Queensland, with experienced Technicians and Engineers operating from our Toowoomba based office and soil laboratory. Site Investigations as required for housing, industrial and commercial building projects including determining Site Classifications as required by AS2870 – The Australian Standard Code for Residential Slabs and Footings
Our drill rigs are capable of drilling to depths of over eight (8) metres and our normal site investigation procedure is to drill at least two (2) test holes on each site (depending on the size and type of development)

- Soaked CBR Testing for new roadworks and pavement designs
- Soil Permeability Assessments for on-site waste disposal design to AS1547
